Sourced from a lovely lady at the International Antique & Collectors Fair, Newark Showground August 2017.  We chatted briefly about our love of writing and creating stories and she spoke of who the skirt belonged to, of which she disclosed discreetly as a lady who was a very high profile journalist, fabulously stylish apparently she was.  I pressed for a category of journalism but that was all the information afforded to me so was all I was going to get!
