Ruffle collar all the way around and original matching belt.
Sheer arms and built in petticoat and lining.
PLEASE NOTE: It has popper fastenings at the cuffs which are pretty nifty and zips up at the back and has a hook and eye (eye part missing). Good condition apart from the missing eyelet.
Says size 40. We think about a size 10-small 12.
